Excellent service. Short wait while car was being serviced. Came in at 8 AM and was finished by 8:50. Karla, in customer service, was prompt and helpful. Was able to maintain social distancing throughout.
Today my mom had to go to Parts department and (Daniel Galletti) the parts specialist was able to solve her issue in 5 minutes and get her the part she needed. AMAZING SERVICE and she saved his card for any other future needs. Thank you a MILLION TIMES Daniel..... My mom is not one to go to any place to pick up parts but seriously it was made so easy for her. Thank you for taking care of my mom (Norma ) Kendall Toyota
Thank you for the used car. Nothing but trouble since day 1 of purchase. Now look at this.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THEY CHARGE ME A HIGHER PRICE ON THE NEW CAR THAN IT WAS ADVERTISED.THIS IS FRAUD. THEY KEPT MY OLD CAR AND SOLD IT BUT NEVER GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR IT. THIS IS ROBBERY. I ENDED UP GETTING A LOAN THAT I DO NOT NEED AT THIS STAGE OF MY LIFE. I LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND EATING CAT FOOD TO COVER EXPENSES. NO EMPATHY FOR SENIORS. THE SALESMAN HYPNOTIZE ME AND MADE ME SIGN THE PAPERWORK WHEN HE KEPT TALKING SO I COULD NOT THINK. I AM 79. HE KEPT SAYING YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT. I ALWAYS PAY MY BILLS ON TIME. NOW I AM STUCK WITH A LOAN THAT I DO NOT NEED IN MY LATE YEARS. I HAD TO HIRE A LAWYER TO DEFEND ME ON THIS PROBLEM. MY BLOOD PREASURE IS HIGHER. MY SUGAR IS VOLATILE. MY LEFT HAND IS MOVING AND I CANNOT CONTROL IT. I TRIED TO TALK TO A MANAGER BUT HE NEVER CALLS. THEY OUGHT TO REFUND ME FOR THE EXTRA MONEY THAT I PAID. BUT, THEY DO NOT CARE. HAVE NO SHAME. GREED IS THEIR MOTTO. THE WHOLE PLACE IS CURSED. TROY AND JERICO HAD BIG WALLS BUT THEY CAME DOWN AS MANY OTHER BIG EMPIRES. GOD WILL PUNISH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. I WONDER HOW GOOD IS THEIR WARRANTY. I MIGHT ENDED UP IN CASO CERRADO (CASE CLOSED)

PITIFUL HOW THEY SWINDLED MY MONEY TAKING ADVANDTAGE OF MY LOW SUGAR LEVEL THAT DAY A VERY AGGRESIVE SALESMAN CONFRONTED ME IN THE LOBBY WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE CAR MAINTENANCE TO BE DONE. I WAS USED BECAUSE OF MY AGE AND BECAUSE I HAVE A GOOD CREDIT RATING TO PUT MORE MONEY INTO THIS MOGUL BUSINESS THAT ONLY RIPPS YOU OFF. THEY HAD A CAR ON SALE LIKE SO MANY THEY HAVE BECAUSE OF LARGE INVENTORIES. THE PAPER THEY GAVE ME TO SIGN IN A RUSH HAD THE OLD PRICE (HIGHER) OF THE VEHICLE. SALESMAN WOULD NOT STOP TALKING, KIND OF HYPNOTIC TRICK. RUSH ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. PATHETIC. BOTTOM LINE THEY MADE ME SIGN A DEAL FOR A HIGHER PRICE AND SOLD MY OLD CAR APPROX 10,500.00 USD WITHOUT GIVING CREDIT FOR IT. AS A RESULT I HAD TO SIGN FOR A LOAN SO THEY STILL MAKE MORE MONEY ON IT. SONS OF UNKNOWN FATHERS. NOW I WONDER HOW GOOD IS THE WARRANTY THEY OFFERED ME IF THEY DO TRICKS LIKE THIS. THIS IS MORE LIKE DRUG DEALING IN POOR NEIGHBORHOODS. BE A WARE. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE. AS A RESULT I HAVE INSOMNIA, HIGHT BLOOD PRESURE. GOD WILL PUNISH THEM FOR BEING SO GREEDY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS WHO NEED PEACE AND QUITE. CORONA IS AROUNT THE CORNER FROM THEM AND THEY HAVE FAMILIES.
Why are multiple employees walking around the dealership with their mask below their nose? Customers being to walk around without a face mask on. I did not feel safe from Covid 19. Disgusted

THEY CHANGED THE VALUE OF THE NEW CAR FROM BEING A DISCOUNTED PRICE TO THE ORIGINAL PRICE THEY HAD BEFORE. THEY SOLD THE CAR I SURRENDERED BUT NEVER GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE MONEY. I ENDED UP GETTING A LOAN WHICH I WAS TRICKED TO SIGN. I AM 79 AND I AM NOT SO BRIGHT AS I USED TO BE. THEY KNEW IT.
MORAL OF THE STORY:: WHAT GOOD IS THE WARRANTY THEY GIVE YOU WHEN THEY OPERATE THIS WAY?
NOW THEY WANT TO MAKE A DEAL WITH MY LAWYER GIVING ME A NEW CAR SIMILAR TO THE ONE THEY SOLD AND I SURRENDERED THE CAR I BOUGHT. TRICK::: THE CAR THEY ARE GIVING ME IS ONLY A FRACTION OF THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE NEW ONE.
MORAL OF THE STORY:: THEY ARE SCAMERS.
I NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS GROUP.

No recomiendo comprar autos en este Dealer. No hace 5 meses que compre mi Rav4 por el Dealer de Lexus con el Vendedor Alexis, resulta que el
Carro me deja botado en el Dolphin Mall, llame a un mecánico y era la batería que no servía, logramos encenderlo con un equipo para ello y fui a un Autoparts cercano a comprar una nueva, antes de hacerlo llame a mi vendedor antes mencionado para que me informara si me podían reemplazar la batería, tuvo que preguntar porque no estaba claro y después de hacerlo me explico que el carro era del 2017 y ya la batería debía estar dando problemas por eso, con esta respuesta decido comprar una batería nueva porque vi que de otra manera no tenía solución y me urgía ir a trabajar, no tenía mucho tiempo para resolver la situación. Llego el día de hoy a este Dealer a resolver la situación pues no me parece injusto que pague 28 mil dólares por un carro y que a los 4 meses y medio me de problemas, salí de mi carro anterior porque quería mejorar, pensé que estaba comprando mi carro en un buen Dealer pero no fue así , fue como comprarlo por la calle prácticamente, no resuelven ningún problema, no informan bien. Yordan que según él es Manager y que después no me quería dar su nombre cuando le dije que iba a escribir y dejar opiniones, me dice que no me podía resolver el problema de reembolsarme los 200 dólares del comprobante de la batería , que me ponga en su lugar, es el colmo, llego hasta insinuarme que otros clientes podían hacer lo mismo para después ir a reclamar 🤬🤬🤬. No quisiera volver jamas a este lugar y lo peor de todo es que tengo un carro de Toyota.
