There have been no cases of the covid-19/ coronavirus reported at this time on Royal Caribbean ship.

It was flu season for our staff this season and it’s been hard catching up on emails, refunds, voicemails.

Patience is key

We just got off the Ship. We followed all the Instructions given by Safe Cruise Parking and everything went Fantastic. Shuttle wait time to get out of the port was great and we got on our way very fast. OMG was the port full of cars. I saw many people from a lot of different parking Co. just get in an Uber or cab to get to there parking lots. One man in a rush said it was only $9.00 to get to his parking lot. Patience is important but if in a Rush there are a lot of cabs and Ubers waiting as you leave the Terminals. As I said I just got off the ship and seen all this happening.

Our first shuttle will not start till 11 am tomorrow.

You guys have on your website you are open after 7 AM an then when I check out it says I can't check in til 10 AM and I have to be on the ship from 9:30-10 or I don't get on.

Safe Cruise Parking Inc., out of Miami, FL is using the COVID19 fallout to prosper their business and screw their customers out of their money!!!! Cruises around the world have been halted for more than a year and a half now, during March 2020 through today, May 27, 2021. While Still today, there have been NO cruise ports open nor any cruise ships sailing out of the US and especially not out of Florida, the largest port locations in America. Safe Cruise Parking, Inc. edited their cancellation policy for refunds back in April & May of 2020 in an effort to CONTINUE taking money from hopeful clients that cruising would soon resume. This edited policy that went into effect was worded so that we the consumer and NOT the poorly run business of Safe Cruise Parking, Inc., were responsible and liable for any cancellations made in the cruising industry. Safe Cruise Parking, Inc., assumes NO responsibility for continuing to receive funds from their customers during a worldwide Pandemic in which Safe cruise Parking, Inc., were not able to offer their services for any customer while the cruise industry remain crippled during this worldwide pandemic!!! We made a reservation for our Honeymoon Cruise set to sail out of Miami September of 2020 that obviously was cancelled. We have rebooked another cruise to take later this year, hopefully, but our cruise is no longer sailing from the Miami port so we no longer need their services. But because we made our reservation AFTER the May date that Safe Cruise Parking, Inc., "edited" their policy, we are not granted a refund and We are now out the funds that Safe Cruise Parking, Inc., took from us but NEVER provided us their Services!! Furthermore; Safe Cruise Parking, Inc., has an "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau website with a 1 out of 5 stars rating. Safe Cruise Parking, Inc., is a scam, a rip-off, a poorly run business and they are ONLY in business to rip off their customers in the aftermath of COVID19!!!!!!! PAY THE EXTRA FUNDS TO PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN CRUISING!!!!!!

I am a retired public school teacher who has fallen in love with cruising. I have only cruised with Carnival 13 times, all but one from Galveston, Texas. Will be driving into Miami to cruise in September and am looking for recommendations on places to park. I found your website and love the comments I found there and am really considering this company. Convince me to use your parking facility.
I have used you guys since our first cruise in 2004 (?) and I guarantee you that I will always use you for every time I cruise. I recommend you to everyone!

Jus got back from my cruise on Thursday ... I was so happy when we came off the ship a representative from safe cruise was waiting out side for all its customers.. telling us where to stand and how long before the bus arrive... when the the lot my car was there safe and sound waiting for me.. dont listen to these crazy people.... ps wait time from the port always gonna be a little drastic.. with so many ships comming in and leaving miami port.. thanks safe cruise...
Do not use these folks. When dropped off car, staff members were screaming at each other. When we arrived back at the terminal in Miami, They kept us waiting 35 plus minutes for a shuttle. When we drove away with our car our coins of 10$ were stolen. Use anybody else for parking not them.

This outfit is a scam! I booked a month ago and just got an email, 2 days away from my cruise, that I should drop my bags and passengers at the cruise port or I may not be able to get on the free shuttle. There was NO mention of this on their website. This is unacceptable. If I knew this, I never would have booked with them. I'm very unhappy with them! I have called many times and they do not answer their p hones. Save yourself hassle and book with another company!
I’ve tried to cancel my reservation for three days, and I haven’t heard anything from the company. I’ve emailed, called and left message, and used the contact us on website to send a message to cancel. I’ve already paid for parking from 11/24-12/1. My order number is 59028. Please do the right thing and cancel my reservation
