We're an employee-owned company (ESOP). That isn't a line on our website. It means the tech who shows up at your slip has a stake in how the job goes. It means the people wrenching on your engine are building something for their own families while they take care of your boat.
We invest in our crew: training, tools, time together, and a real future. We think that's the only way to build a team that stands behind its work.

That's not something you can manufacture. That comes from people who care because they're owners, not just employees.
