Beau.” Formerly the “Fournier Brothers” of Penobscot Bay Tractor Tug, she has been renamed after our late beloved founder, Beau Payne, as tribute to his hard work, dedication, and tenacity as both a tug captain and businessman. Available for hire on the US East Coast and GOM, the “Capt. Beau” will allow P and L Towing to better service its customers for long haul, international trade, as well as heavy duty marine construction and dredging projects.

What a fantastic day with the McAllister family and Capt. Chuck Runnion. John and I both got to drive their Tate McAllister, a 6000 HP Z-drive tractor tug in Port Everglades. Then a trip down to the Miami River for a visit on the Tug Heidi. Thank you Buckley McAllister, for a great day and wonderful experience. You run a first class operation with amazing tugs. Brian McAllister, at 87 years young, is still hustling like a 25 year old. He even applied for a job shifting barges on the Miami River!
