416ci CTSV back in with a broken axle. Driver side stock axle broke under acceleration. We installed GForce Performance Engineering Renegade axles to handle the 850hp+ this beast makes. 5.0 in for a American Racing Headers Header & Catted mid pipe install. We removed the factory manifolds and installed the long tubes to meet up with the CORSA Performance H-pipe that was already on the vehicle. While the factory engine mounts were out we installed BMR Suspension polyurethane mounts. You can really hear the difference in the before and after videos. CTSV Coupe in for a few upgrades and to figure out a noise coming from in the supercharger. After diagnosing we found bearing was shot on the front side of the rotor pack. Superchargers Online rebuilt the blower & we installed:
ZPE Inc. 2.45 upper pulley
DSX Tuning 100mm idler pulley/Flex fuel sensor
AFCO Racing heat exchanger
Fuel Injector Connection 1000cc injectors
NGK Spark Plugs BR7’s
Aeroforce Technology & AEM Performance Electronics Gauges.

Camaro is back in after a Money/Miss Shift.. The Aluminum 6.2L that was in the car got destroyed along with camshaft, lifters, oil pump, windage tray, ect.. Thompson Motorsports of TEXAS sent out a built 6.0L short block to be installed. Cylinder heads were repaired by S & S Machine Shop. New Texas Speed & Performance Stage 3 camshaft was ordered along with COMP Cams lifters, Melling Performance Parts Oil Pump and a few other damaged internal parts. V-bands clamps & muffler were welded up by Apache Muffler. Car was re tuned by Modern Performance and Tuning and back on the road ✅

Color changing CTSV in for a steering rack replacement. After pulling the wheels at the track the alignment got knocked out of wack. The rack also had a few leaks, and one of the inner tie rods was no good. We dropped the front subframe, got the new rack installed.

Grand Sport was in for a Kooks Headers and Exhaust / X-Pipe install. We removed the factory manifolds & Exhaust to install the 2” Headers, with the 3” X pipe. Everything was a direct fit and matched up perfect to the CORSA Performance mufflers that were already on the car. You can really hear the difference in the before and after videos 🔥

C7 in for a Long Tube Header install. We removed the factory exhaust and manifolds to install Extreme Online Store Headers to match up to their X-Pipe. Perfect fitment & you are able to retain the factory wires without any of them burning up. A little before and after clip, you can hear the difference.

C7 in for some cooling mods & a bit of maintenance. Car was already equipped with a Texas Speed & Performance Titan intake manifold & A&A Supercharger blower kit. IAT were getting really high with the Air to Air intercooler & not recovering fast enough so we decided to go Air to Water. The supercharger was also removed and sent off to Vortech Superchargers for a complete rebuild.

We installed the following:

To finish the build off we sent the car over with Sonoran Desert towing to our guy Ammfab Porting & Fabrication to work his magic on the fabrication side. He installed Trim Ring on hood and made the Charge pipe with Turbosmart BOV relocation.

18k Original Mile 98’ Camaro came in for a Speed Engineering long tube header and Y pipe install to meet up with the Borla Performance muffler. We removed all the stock exhaust and installed the headers to help the exhaust valve breathe.
