Big shout out to Jeff ,Hope and staff who did an amazing job diagnosing my car issue in under 30 minutes!!! I had taken it to three shops and was told so many different things and costing me, It was such a simple thing to fix and appeared to be tampered with, so I would spend money at the shop. When I came to this shop and shared the nightmare I had with these other shops, Jeff and Hope were KIND, HELPFUL , HONEST and got the job done! Thank you so much that there are still people that care about customers and not the up sell and profits only.

Not looking for feee advice...exactly. I don't want to spend cadh on a battery if it is likely something else is going on. I'll change the battery myself if needbe, otherwise I'm bringing it yup you. So the question is should I just bring it to you?
It's immediately a great day when I stop by Gunnells and Cody tells me my tire IS most likely repairable and if it isn't it would be replaced under the manufacturer warranty.... which I didn't even realize it came with!!! What a relief! This is the exact opposite of what the dealership I just came from told me and quoted me an outrageous price on the new tire....which they do not even have in stock!
It's so great to know you can always come to Gunnells and be treated fair and receive honest care and service! Been coming here since I got my first car. This is why I keep coming back! Thanks guys!
