Located in Mesa Arizona, Southwest Work Trucks is a pre-owned, commercial fleet vehicle dealership. We work with fleets of all sizes from various industries and specialize in utility work trucks, and commercial work vans ideal for company fleets.

We are currently looking for experienced fleet specialists to help with our growing business.
No fleet experience? That’s okay! We are also looking for motivated individuals willing to learn.

Responsibilities:
• Promptly and professionally respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
• Generate sales appointments using proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Focus on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Utilize CRM tracking system to track daily activities

Qualifications:
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., “people person")
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to meet sales quotas/closing percentages
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license

What to expect:
• Flexible schedule (Hours of operation Mon-Fri 9am-5pm & Sat 10am-2pm)

• A large inventory that makes it easy to support your customers’ needs
