Good afternoon,

I want to express my gratitude for Joseph, Service Tech.

Joseph was here most of the day working on three different units with three different issues. His attitude and professionalism was a welcome experience. We had difficulty with another plumbing company in correcting the issue that Joseph faced today in unit 212.

Joseph never once made me think that we were a problem or that he was overwhelmed in his work, even though I’m sure he had a lot on his plate. He was courteous to the resident and made him so happy to finally fix the issue after two months of going rounds with a different vendor on a newly installed fan and coil system.

He responded to my many requests and questions quickly and confidently in his knowledge.

I am sending high praises to you on your employment of Joseph.

All of your employees have been professional, fast and honest. I am really looking forward to a continued work relationship with Fiat!
