Our revised exhaust vanos delete for the X58 platform. Please read, the most important modification of our can do to a built engine over 35psi

High-hp B58/S58 truth:

The HPFP rides on the exhaust cam, and when boost, RPM, and fuel demand go way up, that added load can overwhelm VANOS oil pressure control.

Result:
Exhaust cam retards hard
timing falls off target
and you can lose 100–150whp instantly

That’s why many big-power setups limit or compltely delete exhaust VANOS:

• More stable cam timing
• Eliminate deviation
• Better top-end consistency
• Prevents major power drop

Sometimes less cam movement = more reliable power.

This F80 M3 came in for the absolute works 💪🏽 it was originally a stock engine S55 with a turbo kit. decided that the stock motor and small turbo was not cutting it anymore so we went all out on this one. Also let it be know this is Arizonas first Air 2 Air S55 powered car. First of many to come here soon

Aftermarket exhaust with more clamps than they actually need tend to loosen over time especially with heat cycles so the method is to just adjust and retighten all the clamps no big deal

M340 x-drive in for diag and repair, this was a tough one but we finally got this one dialed 💪🏽
