We know there has been unprecedented developments with Coronavirus COVID-19. We are complying with all local and national guidance regarding COVID-19 to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible during this time.
We understand that you’re still going to need your vehicles to get to: work, grocery stores, Dr appt, and pharmacy.
Roadrunner Collision Center is committed to remaining open and business as usual, so that we can continue to repair your vehicles.
We are taking preventive measures to ensure that we are not contracting or spreading Coronavirus (COVID-19):
We have asked our office staff and technicians to wash their hands with anti-bacterial soap before and after entering a vehicle or any interaction with customers
I have asked our Office staff to refrain from shaking hands
We have added hand sanitizer and spray Lysol throughout our facility for all to use.
We have supplied our team with latex gloves to use while working on your vehicles
We are committed to disinfecting our front counter, credit card terminal and customer lounge throughout the day.
We are asking office staff to interact with customers and vendors with phone calls, texting, emailing

Please note that we are not trying to incite panic or fear,but feel that we have made great efforts to continue to provide quality work and service, while helping to reduce some stress during this unprecedented time.

Unfortunately these things still happen! 😭
A new customer of ours just bought this clean Lincoln MKZ from . He took it straight to a detail shop to get a ceramic coat. Part of the process of a ceramic coat requires a clean prepped surface, most companies use alcohol to do so. With that said the alcohol took the clear coat right off!
Now we dont know if Carvana bought the car like this or had a cheap repair done after they got the car. Either way, PLEASE be careful when buying a used car.
Always bring another pair of eyes with you that knows what to look for.
Luckily the car ended up with us to get repaired the right way... The factory way!
