We have lift off! The time is here to launch our lineup of Boombastic “pro-fab” birch Boxes!

These boxes are the “greatest hits” version of what we’ve seen work well in the custom boxes we’ve built to date. From designs we’ve studied, feedback garnered via customers, and lessons learned through failed attempts, I’m stoked to offer these solidly built birch enclosures.

Every enclosure features 11-ply void free supercore Birch plywood with double stacked mounting baffle, internal pocket hole joinery, sealed internal seams, port rounds, port 45s, and shelf bracing! Our birch Boombastic boxes are built to perform and built to last!

For the coating, I opted for a custom color way, Duratex coating. One custom described Duratex as “soft bedliner;” It’s a textured, low VOC coating that’s stippled like bedliner with a supremely smooth aesthetic. It coats and protects the birch from moisture making it an excellent upgrade to standard automotive carpet wrapping.

We’ll start with the most common sizes and tunings that will perform fabulously in many vehicle environments and output goals. From there, as demand grows, I’ll put out more vehicle specific options and designs.
