update on the hot tub. The contractors have been notified. It's not just a burned out bulb the housing is loose and needs attached. Right now the hot tub is closed until that can be fixed.

Good morning and hope your holiday weekend was reflective. Just a couple of quick notes. Your rent is not due until your anniversary date. The adjustment takes effect August 1st. Also when there is lightening in the vicinity the pool area will be locked down. The hot tub has a burned light bulb. We are in the process of changing it. It cannot be used at night.

The Business Office will close early Friday, May 22nd and reopen Tuesday, May 26th. If all goes as planned the pools will open Friday, May 22nd.

The Office will be closed today and Friday. Open Wednesday and Thursday 8am-noon.

The guideline/directory is ready. You may pick it up during office hours. As the staff is shrinking those hours may vary. Also the new leases/invoices/summer letter will be mailed out next week. Please sign and return your lease as the new guideline is that we must have it for your stay to be valid. If you have your title at home please mail a copy of that also.
