If you own a Toyhauler, make sure to always check under it and look at your axles. This 2016 Genesis Supreme had a rough weekend from the looks of it. Axles are turn and the frame is cracked at the axle mounts on both sides!

So we did a Valuation Appraisal for this customer on his Sand Rail for Insurance coverage, he lives in Texas and found us on the Glamis page. After speaking with him a couple of times he decided to go with us for the appraisal. After getting the build sheet we sent everything off. After receiving it back I felt it was way low. So I called them up and went over it again with them, explained that nothing is stated about the All Aluminum V8 motor that is blueprinted and balanced or the Mendeola MD4S transmission. They reviewed it again and came back about 6k higher than the first one but I still wasn't happy. I called them back, explained that they still don't have everything that was on the build sheet. I explained that my goal for my business was to make sure the customer is covered on everything they have on thier cars, sent it back in for a third time. After getting the third appraisal back, I was happy with the final figure! Customer understood the delay and was extremely happy with the way i handled it and went the extra mile to make sure he was covered on everything he has on his Sand car! Honestly he was happy with the second appraisal but I wasn't!

Cardinals themed bike starting to come together, just finished powder coating some hardware, frame just got some fresh black powder coat as well, motor can be installed with frt suspension now
