⚠️ DAY 3 UPDATE — EXHAUST MASTERS ⚠️

We're making progress, but unfortunately we're still not at 100% power and will remain CLOSED today.

It's been a rough few days for a lot of families and businesses throughout Northwest Indiana. We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

Our plan is to resume normal business Monday morning and get ROCKING & ROLLING! 🔧💪

⚠️ THURSDAY MORNING UPDATE — DAY 2 ⚠️

Unfortunately, Exhaust Masters Total Car Care Center is STILL WITHOUT POWER this morning.

We just returned from checking the property, and while the shop is secure, the reality is simple — without electricity, our equipment, lifts, computers, phones and shop systems can't operate. There is simply no way for us to safely or properly service vehicles until power is restored.

We know this is frustrating for customers who have vehicles at the shop or appointments scheduled. Believe us, we're just as anxious to get back to work and take care of everyone.

As soon as power is restored, our crew will be back and we'll hit the ground running. We'll contact customers, reorganize the schedule and do everything possible to get caught up.

Until then, please continue to stay safe. There are still storm-damaged trees, debris and utility crews working throughout Northwest Indiana.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and support. After more than 50 years in this community, we've been through plenty together — we'll get through this one too.

We'll continue updating everyone as the situation changes.

⚠️ WEATHER & POWER OUTAGE UPDATE — EXHAUST MASTERS ⚠️

Good morning to our customers, friends, and Northwest Indiana community.

Due to the severe storms that came through Northwest Indiana, Exhaust Masters Total Car Care Center is currently without power. With widespread power outages, downed trees, power lines, and dangerous conditions throughout Merrillville and the surrounding area, we will remain CLOSED until power is safely restored.

If you have a vehicle currently at our shop or had an appointment scheduled, don't worry — we'll take care of you. As soon as power is restored and we're able to safely reopen, our team will begin contacting customers and getting everyone rescheduled and taken care of as quickly as possible.

Most importantly, please stay home and stay safe if you don't need to be on the roads. Vehicles can be repaired and appointments can be rescheduled. People and families come first.

After arriving back home late last night, my own family came home to the same storm damage and power problems affecting so many of our neighbors. We understand firsthand what everyone is dealing with this morning.

Please take care of yourselves, check on your family and neighbors, and stay clear of downed trees and power lines.

We'll post another update as soon as we know when power will be restored and when we can reopen.
