People like this are going to be the reason I will now require a deposit for a first time customer. You book your appointment and I show up and you aren’t there, I need to charge for my time and fuel costs as well as screwing up the rest of the schedule for the day. Showed up and no answer via text or phone call, then proceeds to block my phone number. Sorry to everyone else, but this has happened too many times now. First time customers or non vetted customers will be required to pay a $100 refundable deposit or will go towards cost of repair / service call. Respect other people’s time and money, I do. Being a decent person isn’t that difficult to do. I don’t need your business if you are this type of person, stay far away from me please!
