We apologize for being a little quiet on social media lately! 🙏

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes — working, growing, and taking care of our customers. Sometimes the work is happening where you don’t see it, but we promise we’ve been busy! 💪🏼🔧

Here are a few pictures of some of the work we’ve been blessed to be a part of lately. 🛞🔥

It’s definitely a bittersweet feeling getting messages and feedback like this. I truly appreciate every single customer who trusts me with their vehicle. I don’t just work on vehicles—I treat every one like it’s my own, if not better.

I’ve been in customer service for over 14 years, and that doesn’t even include the years I spent working alongside my pops at his local, family-owned feed and pet store. I’ve managed service departments for over 5 years and have experience advising service for Ford, Nissan, Chevy, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, as well as working in service departments for imported vehicles. I’ve also worked out in the field on commercial diesel equipment. And if there’s one thing I can say for sure… I LOVE making vehicles look clean. 😂

I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way, but every mistake has taught me something. There’s always more to learn, and I’m still learning every day.

With that being said, this particular customer has gone above and beyond. He’s a returning customer who has trusted me with multiple repairs, accessories, and recommendations. I always do my best to get his truck back to him as quickly as possible because he operates his own business out of that truck. He’s also brought some suspension concerns to me, and I’ve given him the best diagnosis I can based on my knowledge and experience.

What means the most to me is that he continues to recommend me to his family and friends.

Customers like this are something I will forever cherish. At this point, I don’t look at him as just a customer—I consider him a friend. He will always be welcome at my shop or even at my home.

If you can dream it, you can have it. 🙏

I still have a LOT of cleaning up to do and a lot of work ahead of me to make my shop and customer experience truly top-tier. I’m not trying to build just another mom-and-pop shop.

I want to bring what I like to call “O.G. service” back to the Rio Grande Valley.

I’ve seen what a great service department looks like when it’s running on all cylinders—customers walking out the door with a smile, feeling taken care of, and recommending the business to the next person.

THAT is what I want to bring back to the Valley.

I know it’s going to take time. I know there will be trial and error. But I have faith in the Lord, faith in myself, and faith in the vision I have for H&E.

We’re just getting started. 🤝

Faith over fear. Mark 11:24. 🙏

This 2019 F-250 came in looking for a fresh new look, and we got it done with a set of AlphaRex LUXX-Series MKII projector headlights! 👀💡

These headlights completely change the front end of this Super Duty with the slimmer LED DRL design, dual square projectors, upgraded clear lenses, and your choice of white or amber DRL color. 🔥

From stock to MEAN! 💪🇺🇸

Big thank you to our customer for trusting H&E Tires and More with the upgrade! We appreciate every customer who gives us the opportunity to work on their ride.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support H&E Tires & More! We truly appreciate every customer who trusts us with their vehicles.

Today we got this Chevy sitting right with a fresh set of 35x12.50R20 Venom XT’s, put a full set of new tires on a pontoon to get it ready for more time on the water, and wrapped up the day with a 2007 Duramax wearing a new set of 315/70R17 Landsail tires.

No matter if it’s your daily driver, work truck, or your boat, we’re here to help. Thank y’all for choosing H&E Tires & More and for supporting a local family-owned business. We look forward to helping with your next set of tires, wheels, accessories, or repairs.

Faith Over Fear. God bless, and we’ll see y’all soon!

A big thank you to another customer for trusting H&E Tires & More with his F-150! We got him fixed up with a 2.5” leveling kit and a set of 275/70R18 tires to give it the aggressive look he was after.

His biggest request was simple: no rubbing at full lock and absolutely no cutting or modifying any OEM parts. We made sure everything was installed the right way, giving him the stance he wanted while keeping the truck practical and factory-friendly.

We appreciate every customer who chooses our small shop. Whether you’re looking for leveling kits, tires, wheels, suspension work, or accessories, we’re here to help you build your truck the way you want it.

Thanks again for your business and safe travels! If you’re ready to upgrade your ride, give H&E Tires & More a call. We also offer financing to help make your next upgrade easier!

We’d like to give a big thank you to one of our returning customers for trusting H&E Tires and More once again!

He was looking to change up the look of his Ford Raptor and wanted something that would perform even better out in the dunes, so we got him fixed up with a set of 35x12.50R18 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires. They gave the truck a whole new look and are ready for wherever the road—or the sand—takes him.

We truly appreciate every customer who chooses our small-town shop, especially those who keep coming back. Your support means more than you know, and we’re thankful you’ve put your trust in us.

Whether you’re looking for new tires, wheels, accessories, or repairs, we’re here to help and treat every vehicle like it’s our own.

From all of us at H&E Tires and More, thank you again for your business. We hope you enjoy the new setup, and we look forward to seeing you again. God bless, and safe travels!

We’ve been putting in the work, and we wanted to share some of the vehicles we’ve had the privilege of working on lately here at H&E Tires and More.

You’ll notice that some of these jobs were finished late into the night. That’s because we know many of our customers work during the day and rely on their vehicles. We do our best to stay late whenever we can so you can get your vehicle back as soon as possible and not miss work or your daily routine.

Whether it’s tires, wheels, accessories, or repairs, every vehicle is treated like it’s our own. We truly appreciate every customer who trusts us with their vehicle and continues to support our small business.

Thank you for choosing H&E Tires and More. We look forward to serving many more of you. If your vehicle needs anything, we’re here and ready to help!

Small-town service. Honest work. Done right. 🛞🔧🚗

Another job in the books at H&E Tires and More!

Today we had the pleasure of installing a tonneau cover on this beautiful 2023 GMC Sierra for a hardworking customer who spends a lot of time working out of town. He was tired of losing space in his back seat and wanted a safer place to keep his belongings. Now he has a secure, weather-resistant storage area in the bed of his truck that helps protect his gear from the Texas weather and keeps it out of sight from thieves.

The best part? The parts came in earlier than expected, and we knew he was ready to get back on the road. Instead of making him wait, we stayed late and got everything installed the very same day. Around here, we believe in taking care of our customers the way neighbors should.

To this customer—and to every single one of you who has trusted H&E Tires and More with your tires, wheels, accessories, and repairs—thank you. Your support means more than words can express. Every job, every referral, every share, and every recommendation helps our family-owned business continue to grow, and we never take that for granted.

If you’re thinking about adding a tonneau cover, brush guard, toolbox, leveling kit, wheels, tires, lighting, or other accessories, we’d be honored to help. We offer professional installation, competitive pricing, and financing options to fit your budget.

From our family to yours, thank y’all for supporting local businesses. We look forward to serving you for many years to come. (956) 812-3731
