We want to congratulate Dave Hermann on his retirement!! Dave has dedicated the last 15 years to making our business what it is today, and we’ll forever be thankful for his years of knowledge, work ethic, and friendship as he moves onto his next season in life!

When I was searching for a technician for our Menomonie location, I asked ”who’s the best in Menomonie?” I kept getting the same answer….Dave Hermann.

After his first day of employment, I learned what a “true” mechanic was. A vehicle was in for repair, and Dave had diagnosed the flasher was bad…I was content knowing the flasher was bad, and advised the customer. After he replaced the part, and we got our customer back on the road, Dave took his “famous” multi-tool out and tore the flasher apart……”here’s why they didn’t have turn signals, this wasn’t making contact with this” he stated. I was astounded…..not a parts replacer, a real mechanic!

Looking back through all the years, I don’t think he called in sick one time…..they just don’t make them like that anymore!

We were all fortunate to work with Dave, and to learn something everyday from him… whether it was car related, a fishing story , or who advanced on American Idol!

We wish you all the best Dave…..the coffee pot will always be on for you when you come back to see us!
