Midwest Star Group is hiring an experienced Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery Operator with an active Class A CDL. This role involves safely towing and recovering passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, semis, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles across our growing family-owned transportation network.
⁣
Responsibilities⁣
⁣
• Respond to towing, recovery, accident, and roadside service calls.⁣
⁣
• Operate heavy-duty towing and recovery equipment safely.⁣
⁣
• Hook, secure, transport, and unload vehicles properly.⁣
⁣
• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections.⁣
⁣
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.⁣
⁣
• Complete required service documentation and photos.⁣
⁣
• Keep assigned trucks and equipment clean, safe, and ready for service.⁣
⁣
• Work safely in roadside, traffic, weather, and emergency-response environments.⁣

• Previous towing or heavy-duty recovery experience⁣

Our company was called upon to assist in the recovery of a plane that had gone down. We are honored to be trusted with such an important job and incredibly grateful for the knowledge, skill, and professionalism of our employees.

Moments like these remind us how fortunate we are to have an amazing team and equipment capable of handling even the most challenging situations.

Today, we remember the attacks on our nation and honor the innocent lives lost, along with the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to stand united in remembrance, gratitude, and respect for those affected by this tragedy.
