My customers decide to email the GM of the dealership I work for, and this is what they had to say....
Dear Mike,
In answer to your questions regarding the service I received from my recent purchase of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, yes I was very pleased and received exceptional service. My service began with an initial phone call my wife, JoAnne, made regarding a Jeep Grand Cherokee you had advertised in the newspaper.
JoAnne first spoke with Lou Frasca who was very helpful and spent a good deal of time with her over several phone calls. He provided detailed information regarding all the Jeeps we were interested in. Lou actually presented our offer to your manager, Aaron Jacobs. Our offer was accepted and Lou arranged for an appointemtn for us to test drive the Jeep. He followed up with the name of the salesperson we would meet at the dealership and within minutes we received a call from that salesman, David Leboeuf.
From that point forward David was our salesperson and he, in turn, provided exceptional service as well. He is very personable, customer-oriented, and professional as well as friendly. He returned every phone call within minutes and also went above and beyond by delivering the Jeep to our home once purchased. In view of the fact that the dealership is not in close proximity to our town of Sudbury, this was most convenient for us and very much appreciated. Both Lou and David are great assets to your dealership and we hope that you convey this to them and that they are recognized in some way!
I also met with our financial manager, Jeff. I had received financing from our credit union with an interest rate we were pleased with. Upon meeting with Jeff he did his homework, as I know from notifications of my credit checks, and spent the time to find us a lower rate.
All in all, we are very pleased with the service we received and hope that Joe, David, and Jeff are recognized as stated as they are all assets to your organization.
We wouldn't normally shop at a dealership so far from home but due to the fact that our price was met and your salesmen were so attentive and helpful we decided to purchase from Imperial. Purchasing from one dealership and going to another closer to home for service is NEVER a good idea. Three is always preferential treatment given o those that purchase from the dealership providing the service. We have first-hand experience in this area with brand new vehicles.
The only concern I can say I have is the fact that I had to wait a very long period of time, hours actually, to meet with your financial manager. I understand this was beyond his or anyone's control as he was busy with other customers who were ahead of me. However, after working all day and waiting a couple of hours only to leave and come back at another time was rather inconvenient.
Again, please pass on our, mine and my wife JoAnne's, thanks to each of these individuals. And again we hope that they are somehow recognized for their exceptional customer service.
