in for a same day shock rebuild with removal & reinstall and doing it right by keeping up with his shock maintenance and getting the shocks serviced right at the 50k mark.

is a previous customer, purchasing a set of leveling buckets, and it’s a good thing he came in for a shock service when he did. It was found whoever did the install of the leveling buckets either forget to install or didn’t torque down… resulting in the passenger side lower coilover bushing nut missing. Luckily I carry spares on hand and got squared away. This did result in a new bushing being installed as well during rebuild.

I can’t say it enough, regular interval shock maintenance is key to keeping your suspension at peak performance.
