I have had Parsons small engine and appliance repairs in Mena for over 15 years. I want to thank all my loyal customers that have stayed with me all these years. There's another place opened in Polk county from Texas I don't talk bad about other businesses so I'm just going to say thank you for keeping with the long time Mena family run company my business Parsons Small Engine Repair! I truly appreciate the loyalty and the work. Let's keep the hometown family businesses open!

From this day forward I will no longer be taking checks from individuals. The only businesses I will have worked with you before. I was unjustly done by a lying customer and a judge today. The judge was to go off the evidence not my appearance. I am William ((Bill/ Parsons I don't lie, I don't cheat, I treat all my customers with respect. A few things will change from here on. I have done my best for Polk county, this is how Polk county treats an honest hard working legit man! Sorry I didn't get to work the whole day. Court in Polk county was at 1:30 The case I paid for was held off till around 5 pm.

I do customers stuff as the customer's come in. I don't place others aside to finish another's small engine needs. I go fairly and keep customers in order, just as any other place.

Unfortunately I'm not good at social media, good thing my wife knows 😂. I can fix what you need, just not a social media person! I'm learning the messenger app now, I'll be able to answer back.
