How to make a claim:
1: Call the insurance claim number on your insurance card and make a claim.
2: Write down your claim number, adjusters name, phone number, and email address.
3: If your insurance company supports open shop assignments have them send an open shop assignment to our repair facility.
An open shop assignment is a direct link from the insurance company to our collision center so we can send over our estimate and the pictures of your vehicle to the adjuster directly.
If your insurance does not support open shop assignments. Then we will work through email to get our estimate to your adjuster.
4. At our collision center we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. It is your right to choose the repair facility of your choice. Insurance companies only require one estimate. Not three.
They like to tell you that you need three estimates so they can steer you to the cheaper and less quality shops, which in turn will mean a less quality substandard repair for your vehicle.
All claimants pay for quality insurance so please don’t settle for a less then quality repair. It is your choice and a quality repair doesn’t cost you anymore than a substandard repair.
5: After we have made our first initial contact with your adjuster we will schedule you for repairs and give you an estimated time of completion.
If you need a rental car and have rental insurance we will work with Mena Ford to schedule you a rental if they have one available.
