Another CRS car is headed out! 🚗💨
This 2017 Mazda MX-5 is on its way to the new university team in Akron, Ohio to get finished up and race in just a few weeks at the FARA event at the Corvette Museum track.
Not sure how it happened… but we’ve got a full Spec Black theme going on right now! 🖤
Check out the new 3D-printed kill switch console mounts and rear console extension. Every car is getting a few more of these finishing touches as we keep learning and refining them.

🏁 CRS 2016 MX-5 Race Car Complete — Built for Tulane University! 🏎️✅
East Street Racing is proud to deliver another finished CRS build! This sharp 2016 MX-5 was prepped from top to bottom with fresh work, safety upgrades, and a dialed-in race setup ready to perform on track.
We wrapped the final details this week and she’s all set for the team. Huge thanks to Jack Senter and Todd from CRS for the collaboration — excited to see this one out on the grid representing Tulane University!

🚀 Another East Street Racing CRS MX-5 is rolling out!
We just finished this clean 2016 Mazda MX-5 for its new owner. It features our custom East Street Racing roll cage, custom rear bulkhead with bead rolled Mazda logo , fresh interior paint. We also added some neat 3D-printed parts like the radio delete plate (ready for the new AIM Solo 2DL), completed a full reliability service checklist, installed a kill switch, and made several other upgrades.
We’re currently finishing a couple more 3D-printed pieces (kill switch mount and ABS module cover) before sending it off to the customer for final completion. CRS is shaping up to be a great new series — can’t wait to see this one on track!

Finishing up another CRS cage project and shipping if off to be completed by the end user. This is going to be a fun series, a lot like the original SM series when it started . Take a look at the rear package tray with the bead rolled Mazda emblem. Wish I could take credit, but I can’t even draw stick figures 😂 thanks Ryan for a nice job on the car !

Finishing up another new build!! this one is for Preston Pardus. The Entire team has built new cars and went to 99/00 .. 🤷🙈🏁 This should be a good one! We will put the temporary graphics on at the track.. preston will come up with a new livery once he gets it back to Daytona
