These last two months of 2026 has been so good to us with new customers joining us and new vehicles getting serviced

We strive to lend a helping hand
We make mistakes. We own up to them
Nobody is perfect but we try to be a helping hand anyway we can

Hunters work schedule has been so crazy as it feels like he stays on the road more than he’s home but every chance he’s home he wants his customers to be satisfied and know they have a pretty amazing mechanic.

Rain sleet snow or any weather conditions we try to be there for you!

Now that we have some time to catch up i would like to address some things

I would like to make a post for my Husband ( Hunter ). My Husband has started this Mobile Mechanic Business to help individuals out when they are unable to get to a repair shop. We come to you at our earliest convenience. Sometimes it works out other times it doesn’t

With that being said. My husband works from 3am-5pm every weekday at his FULL TIME JOB. He also is a Road Technician so he travels a lot during the day/week to where he’s out of town A LOT and sometimes not home during the week. He works works and works because he doesn’t know when to quit

Most of you know we had an assistant who helped us out for the longest time She no longer works for the business anymore due to errors and miscommunication on her end, so everything is being based of Hunter and I as we are both full time workers.

Since my Husband works extremely long hours, it’s very hard to get everyone scheduled, services done, and still have time for his family. We will still be accepting jobs from lovely individuals like yourself but with the job accepting their will be a few things that will have to be changed

1. If you are contacting us about a service, jobs needing to be done, diagnosis on your vehicle. There is a service call fee of $100 That secures your spot on the schedule and that will be paid before we put you on the schedule. If we put you on the schedule and we can’t make it out on said scheduled day, the service call fee money gets refunded and tried for another day.

2. We have many different ways to look up parts for any vehicle. Customers usually ask for us to supply parts, so when we do whatever we spend we tack onto the total bill. If customers are supplying parts all we charge is a flat rate of labor and service call fee. We have no problem of getting parts for customers but customers have the option to send us the money so we can get it for a discounted price instead of paying full price.

3. We take pictures of before during and after pictures of EVERY. SINGLE. VEHICLE. WE. TOUCH. With that being said we aren’t doing it for fun. It’s strictly business related

4. When paying after all services are done. We accept Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, cash, checks and now cards! If running any credit or debit cards on the card machine there is a $3 fee

5. Last of them all. We do work on vehicles mobile and at our house/shop. If you need a tow truck to come pick up a vehicle to have it towed. Customers can either
A. See if insurance will tow it and cover the cost
B. Call us a day in advance so we can call our tow company we use

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF VEHICLE BEING TOWED!

Thank you for understanding and thank you for being all loyal customers tha have made this an amazing experience and journey. We still love to service in the numerous areas that we cover. Please bare with us as we take time to change up a few things on the business side

This is a double part post because we have just been non stop working. Even though Hunter works 16 hours a day for his Full Time Job. He still is making time for all the lovely customers!

This is why we are the best at what we do and how the customers will choose us!

This Dodge Ram needed brakes and the customer took it to get an oil change. Upon arriving for the oil change the shop said he needed brakes. The quote was given and the shop was charging right at $600 for brakes!
$600 / 4 is $150 a tire!

This question was squared away as we came to him and got the job done within an hour and a half!
