SRVS Kids & Families
SK&F provides family-centered programs and services that address the unique abilities and challenges of young children with special needs from birth to age 12. Programs include early intervention, Play Do Learn Preschool and multiple therapy services. Location: SRVS Kids & Families 4738 Walnut Grove Rd. Memphis, TN 38117

SRVS ECF CHOICES
SRVS is now an Employm

ent and Community First (ECF) provider through TennCare. The program offers long-term services and supports for families caring for a person with an intellectual and development disability. Its goal is to help people achieve employment and independent living goals. It is also for people who need more support to live in the community and require residential and other day services to help them reach their community living goals. ECF services are offered in the following counties: Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Lauderdale, Hardeman and Hayward. SRVS Family Support
SRVS Family Support program strives to empower individuals with severe disabilities and their families to live independently. Assistance is provided in the form of respite, before and after school care, specialized equipment and supplies, education and home vehicle modification. Locations:

Individuals we support enjoyed a day out in the community. Their day started with playing pickleball at Germantown Presbyterian Church, followed by a short demonstration on how food grows from seeds. The group ended their day with lunch at the park.
