A few shots I got in Pontiac, IL, on Sick The Magazine SICK66. It was probably the only night with the opportunity to grab some night shots. I'm way behind on editing photos with SEMA crunch in full effect, but I'll have more as soon as I can.

Last night, I took some night shots at the hotel; stay tuned for those pics. Today was a rain-filled day 4 on Edelbrock Sick The Magazine SICK66! Luckily for the racers, today was a drive day from Pontiac, IL to the Joliet Prison, then back down to Lincoln, IL. Even though it rained most of the day, we had an epic journey with 5 checkpoints. Tomorrow we're back at Midstate Dragway!

Day 3 of Sick The Magazine SICK 66 was AWESOME! From Midstate Dragway to Pontiac, IL. We had two checkpoints at McLean Arcade, then the second was Wallys (which is pretty much Bucee's). We are staying here for tonight and tomorrow will be Route 66 to Joilet, IL! If you've ever though about doing a road tour, I HIGHLY recommend doing a SICK event. Even if you don't want to drag race, just join the Sick Ward and apply for the Spit&Shine, which is a select few who get to park closer to the track. These are so much better than a car show. You get to DRIVE your car! Here's some pics from the road!

Day 2 of Edelbrock SICK66 was another long run, but we got to start much earlier. The check points were Bigfoot (the monster truck), the Chain of Rocks bridge, the Pink Elephant Antique Mall, and we ended at Motorheads Bar and Grill. Here are a few phone pics from the road. What an epic trip already!

Some scenes from Day 1 of Edelbrock Sick66! It was an epically long trip after rain made for an even later start from Mo-Kan Dragway. By the way, big props to the track crew for getting the strip ready as auick as they did! And thanks to the Sick The Magazine crew for putting this one-time-only trip!
