This breakage is getting more common for some reason. We have replaced more of these connectors due to broken lock tabs this year than in the last twelve years combined.

Luckily we stock them.

This one would probably stay in the TCM but could allow the rubber seal to push it back out on one side

When removing these, consider pushing the connector in while pushing the lock tab down. It will relieve the tension on the lock feature.
