At Freedom Ford Memorial Day means more than a long weekend.

It’s a day to stop and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives for this country and the families who continue carrying that sacrifice every single day after. Because of them we get the freedom to build lives we love in places we call home. Small towns. Back roads. Family dinners. Everyday moments that were never guaranteed.

This Monday, May 25th Freedom Ford will be closed as we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. We will return Tuesday, May 26th for normal business hours.

We remember them with gratitude, respect and hearts that will never forget.

We had a blast Saturday at the 75th Annual Pioneer Day Parade right here in Melbourne.

Sun was out, folks were smiling and the whole town showed up like it always does. That’s what makes days like this so special. We were proud to be part of a tradition that just keeps getting better every year.

One of our little favorites grabbed a photo with Miss Pioneer Day Carma Byram and that Bronco Badlands made for a pretty good backdrop. You can come see it for yourself at Freedom Ford.

Nothing better than good people, a great parade and a reason to spend the day together.

There’s something special about seeing a familiar face pull back onto the lot.
