Marco was personalable and not pushy. He has a knack for knowing when to give information and when to allow you to process/browse. I appreciated the time to debate between a Santa Fe and Palisade. In general, Coastal Hyundai gives relaxed, small town vibes with transparent, fair pricing.

Our salesman Zach was extremely friendly and helpful making sure we everything we needed, the general manager Coy helped us find the perfect car and deal that fit our budget making our experience an amazing one. We couldn't be happier with the way everything went. We were in and out so fast. Would definitely recommend Coastal Hyundai to anyone.

On to my second Hyundai vehicle, Tucson 2024.Side note: Call the service department before 3pm and be kind to the ladies and the desk.So my 2024 Tucson has 78,000+ miles and the transmission is, letโ€™s say โ€œacting up.โ€ Since itโ€™s in the shop I requested a courtesy car and am grateful for the vehicle. It is a sedan so I will get used to being a few inches from the pavement but it is clean and drives well. Iโ€™m working on air fresheners as the new car smell l reminds me of cigar smoke.Thank you for taking care of my vehicle and loaning me one so I can keep working. I highly recommend you go talk with John Lyons about purchasing your next Hyundai or Genesis vehicle.

I had an outstanding experience working with Carter and Marco. From the moment we arrived, they listened to what we were looking for and guided us to the perfect vehicle without any pressure. They were knowledgeable, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were being lowballed or pushed into something that wasnโ€™t right for us.What really stood out was how enjoyable they made the experience.
