There was a post yesterday that someone contacted LLoyd's Towing through 800 number and was charged 300 for a tow that never happened. I was the 24 hour dispatcher on Sunday and never received a call from this person or charged a CC. We have a local Medina and Wadswoth number not an 800 number and we do not use a call service, when you call your talking to a local person and your CC will not be charged until service is performed. We understand there are scammers out there please be careful and if they don't know the local area like we do please make sure it's us. Store our number 330-725-6330 in your phone and if you feel you have been scammed please let us know and also call the local police Department. We are so sorry this happened to them. Mike

Thank you so much for great professional service. I was stranded along I-71 heading north with LOTS of semi traffic. Bill rescued me and did not complain he had to take me and my inoperable car into Columbus during rush hour. Thank you so much Lloyd’s.

This morning at 9:50 am Lafayette Township Fire Department was dispatched to a call for a horse in distress, lying in an icy pasture. With the aid of Medina Fire Dept, Medina Police Department (Ohio) Medina County All-Hazards Rope Team, Armstrong Cable, LLoyd's Towing & Service, and the Lafayette Towsnhip Service Dept the team carried out a successful rescue. Great team work and collaboration.
