Alternator/Battery & Ground Cable Upgrades

This is a custom 2awg upgrade for stock alternator that solves some OEM charge issues.

Fused hot goes from alternator to the battery rather than engine fuse box. Jumper to the fuse box with 6awg and inline fuse.

New grounds are 2 gauge from alternator bracket, to frame, to battery post. 4awg branches jump to block, body, & intake plenum.

By using larger OFC cable and eliminating unnecessary junctions in the cables, near 100% of the alternators amps go straight to the battery rather than loss to resistance/heat.

Green connectors on intake are repaired using 3D printed grommets with tails to prevent wires from breaking. I can make DIY repair kits for these if your wires are broken! (Sorry, no extra connectors available)

I need donor connectors for harnesses if you have wrecked wiring! $75 Refund upon return & inspection for 22R housings.
