This is a 2004, 5.3/4L80E swap harness. Also swapped to a cable throttle body using the original P59 ECU. (Did have the correct driver)

Start to finish process of rebuilding a core sent to me.

This isn’t the typical retape and add a fuse block that most rebuilds are. This is fully stripped, inspected, extras removed, reloomed in seamless nylon, reassembled.

All wires can be replaced/repaired as needed and all the things that need changed to fit your project can happen much cleaner and easier. You will see the damaged wire and butt connectors that were hidden and able to be repaired in the process.

This one specifically got EV1 injector plugs, 4L80E swap, DBW to DBC throttle swap, speed density for boost and the ECU relocated to under the dash.

This is the same process every harness that’s sent to me for rebuild goes through.

I built it to the length he needed and labeled all the wires for him to install.

NEW, LS3/TR6060 harness built.

This one was ordered for a GEN5 LT1 engine being swapped to port injection. I don’t know any of the other details beyond the wiring that was ordered.

REBUILT core harness sent to me, 6.2/6L80E.
