Recently we sold our Audi B5 A4 Casablanca white with 4.2 V8 engine from Audi C5 A6. This is our second V8 swap we did, first one was back in 2018. Little improvements we made on this one after learning a few things over the years with these cars. We're glad it went to a good home. Congratulations on the purchase of a well done V8 swap B5 🤘🤘 on to the next one !

Another B5 S4 build complete! We finished this one up last year and then was brought to body shop to be repainted in Fashion Grey. Then just recently came in for a health check and complete look over. Everything checks out great couldn't be more happy with how this one came out.

Built bottom end with upgraded rods and all new rod and main bearings.
2.8 cylinder heads with fully built valvetrain capable of revving to 8500rpm
TTE 600 turbos
RS4 intake manifold and TB
tuned with switchable maps
93 octane and E85 🌽

B5 A4 with V8 swap from A6 4.2 up and running!! Exhaust sounds 🔥

Front and rear subframes were removed, painted and installed 034 aluminum bushings for both subframes.
All rubber bushings in the rear end were changed with new .
All 4 new wheel bearings installed
034 rear sway bar and brackets installed
Front has all new control arms and tie rods sway links, brembo 4 piston calipers from Q5
Car received a full paint job in original brilliant black. Jams were painted and doors were removed and taken apart to be painted also.

Everything was gone over with this car and checked inspected and made sure all works.

I have roughly 4500 miles on the engine and turbos. Many logs through 93 fuel and e85 , 30 psi. Trips out of state, out east, and just cruising around town the car is a blast to drive!

Automatic to manual transmission swap for 2004 Audi Allroad 2.7t.

Removal of the automatic transmission, driveshaft and rear end needs to be changed for manual transmission parts. Pedal set changed for clutch pedal and wiring. ECU coding to manual.
New RS4 clutch kit will be installed along with a new dual mass flywheel.
