Calling all show cars.

Cars & Candy is an Audi-focused car meet, and all makes and years are welcome. If you're proud of it, bring it. Roll in at 9 on Halloween morning.

Every car in the show hands out candy to trick-or-treaters. We're supplying it. If you'd like to bring your own, keep it individually wrapped.

Saturday, October 31, 9 AM to 12 PM, Audi Mechanicsburg. These photos are from our last one, on May 2.

The Kristen Olewine Milke CARE Center at Penn State Cancer Institute in Hershey provides whole person care: support that reaches beyond the diagnosis and the medical treatment. CARE stands for Cancer Assistance and Resource Education.

Its programs include counseling and mindfulness practice, nutrition support and exercise programs, support groups for patients, caregivers and loved ones, a yearly retreat for couples, cooking classes, and emergency food boxes for people who need them.

Dr. Michael Hayes, the center's founding program director, describes it this way: "What we do in the CARE Center is rooted in a heartfelt spirit of welcoming everyone wherever they may be in their journey with cancer."

Every Driving Hope raffle ticket supports that work through the THRIVE for Life Foundation. Tickets are $250 and the link is in the comments.
