Every dealership has a first. Ours was a 1989 Honda Civic. đźš—

On January 25, 1989, Richard and Susan Hrip took delivery of the very first Honda sold by Bobby Rahal Honda: a 1989 Honda Civic station wagon.

The dealership was still under construction and had no inventory at the time, but Bobby Rahal was determined to make it happen. After the sale, Bobby personally drove the Civic from Dublin, Ohio, through a snowstorm to deliver it to the Hrips.

Today, the original vehicle documentation, a letter from Bobby Rahal, and a plaque commemorating the sale remain as a piece of our dealership's history and are showcased in our showroom.

35+ years later, we're still proud to represent Honda and the customers who helped us get started.
