Not all replacement parts are safe.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recently issued an urgent warning after deaths were linked to substandard replacement airbag inflators installed in previously repaired vehicles. In serious crashes, these faulty airbags have ruptured and sent metal fragments into drivers and passengers.

At Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair, we follow manufacturer repair procedures and use OEM parts whenever possible to ensure your vehicle’s safety systems work the way they were designed to. Because a proper repair isn’t just about appearance, it’s about your safety.

We were honored to support the Skillsusa Kansas State Competition for Collision Repair and Auto Refinishing. It was inspiring to watch these students put their skills to the test and see the talent, hard work, and dedication rising in our industry.
