Buying a car shouldn't feel like surviving something.
And yet, for a lot of people, it does.
When someone leaves after buying a car, I don't hope they're thinking "I got an unbelievable deal" or "I won the negotiation." I hope they're thinking "that was easier than I expected."
Because buying a car is already a big decision. You shouldn't have to wonder if someone's playing games, or whether you're making the wrong choice. My job is to make the process clear, comfortable, and straightforward.
It should feel like making a decision you can feel good about.

Not once. You know what they do call me about? A vehicle that has been reliable. A vehicle that has been safe. A vehicle that has been easy to own. Because after a few months, the deal fades. The vehicle stays. People remember how the vehicle worked. Not how clever the deal was.

The customers I worry about the most are usually the happiest people in the showroom. And that is a problem. They found the car. The payment works. Everybody is excited. And sometimes they are moving so fast they stop asking questions. They stop thinking about insurance. They stop thinking about ownership costs. They stop thinking about whether the car actually fits their life. Excitement is great. Clarity is better. Because excitement lasts a day. The decision lasts years.

Someone left a comment on one of my videos and I have not been able to stop thinking about it.
He said no one should trust a process that allows two customers to walk into the same dealership, buy the same car on the same day, and one of them pays thousands less just because they were a better negotiator.
He meant it as a criticism of the industry. He was right.
That is exactly the problem I am trying to fix. Same car. Same day. Same price. Every single time. Not because you negotiated well. Just because that is the price.
He was arguing against something. He just did not realize he was arguing for the thing I actually do.

If you feel uncomfortable asking questions when you are buying a car, that is a red flag. But it is not about you.
There is a version of this process where questions feel like an inconvenience. Where you can tell the person across from you just wants to get to the number. That feeling is information. A good salesperson wants every single question you have. Not the payment question. Not the warranty question. Not the what happens if I change my mind question. All of it. Every time. Straight answer. No eye rolls. No sighing. You should never leave a conversation with me wondering if it was okay that you asked.
