Older RV's with EPDM roofs will degrade in UV exposure. Proper preparation and prep with updating the dicor seals around the fixtures and a coat of 100% silicone paint can stabilize the existing membrane and add to the thermal retention and reflection value. This rig was built premium and worth fixing up. The alternative is a costly membrane replacement which can cost more then the rig is valued.
