It was truly an experience getting to tear one down to nothing and put it all back together.
Thank you for the opportunity and your trust to work on such a lovely machine.

came in clutch, custom ordered pistons are not everyone's game. They delievered perfection.
Its just a shame they wont be seen by the world.

How times have changed. The raw idea worked and every couple years I make a few and tweak the design.

Some tricky fishing the other day.
Owner wanted to inspect the cylinder walls.
The camera end came off the scope as he threaded it back out the spark plug.

Every other shop said you gotta pull the head and its not something to do at the beginning of the "maintenance" season.

My thoughts. Why not pull it out through the valve opening?

Its amazing, I know so many riding people and mechanical people who have no clue what this is.
Magneto rebuild. Bench testing before it goes back in the bike.
I think magnetos are so cool. Self contained ignition system that will make stronger spark as we rev higher

She's alive and ripping.
Turbo 164cc Zuma is on the tuning phase.
Steady 10psi all the time. Gotta dial in the fueling and hit the dyno for some timing adjustments.

Gearing and cvt parts on the way, to much power for the current cvt parts. Sorry to the NCY clutch. You tried your best with boosted power
