•Our shop/impound yard hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

•Our 24/7 towing service DOES NOT mean that our shop and impound yard is open. We will tow vehicles, assist you with flats, bring you fuel, tow your vehicle anywhere you need us to take it.

•If your vehicle is impounded by authorities, you can pick your vehicle up Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm

•You MUST PROVIDE valid proof of insurance (it will be verified), drivers license and some proof of ownership.

All contents in vehicle when towed, are to be left in vehicle until fees are paid.

•If you call us, you will be treated with the same amount of respect as you give. Please do not call being argumentive.

•We are here to help. If we can assist you with anything, please feel free to call us, text us or message the shop page. We will help you anyway we can. We appreciate all of the support and all of our great customers, new and repeat.
