THANK YOU EVERYONE for the strong show of support as together we collected items for the folks in Flat Rock, NC earlier this week!
All items were successfully delivered on Tuesday, October 8th to a military base that has been temporarily set up there and will be distributed.

WE ARE DOING IT AGAIN NEXT WEEK !!

We have a close contact, a certified chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America, in the area who works with the company www.WBCCI.com, who has, and I quote, “a strong presence in NC, building roads and bridges”. Because of this, we are told, they “have crews that have been in many of the trouble spots working to clean up, repair, and rebuild”. This means they have people in those areas who know the locals and can absolutely get help to the people who need it most. We are excited to know these supplies will get to the hands of the people needing them NOW!
This time we will drop off donated items in Chattanooga TN, where the company will disperse them as they are going via 18 wheelers.

Below is a list of specific items that are needed according to the Wright Brothers Construction Company of Charleston, TN.

Today our motorcoaches dropped our first load of supplies in Flat Rock, Nc

Big thanks to the military for helping unload

We want to thank everyone for donating and all the employees that has worked hard to make this happen!!

We are still taking supplies

We will start a new list tomorrow

We will have another motorcoach leaving probably Tuesday

Like so many of you, here at Bus Supply Charters Inc., our hearts are breaking for our brothers and sisters in North Carolina and Tennessee
who have been so devastated by last week’s events related to Hurricane Helene.
Remembering our own experience through Hurricane Katrina, WE WANT TO HELP!

- CLEANING SUPPLIES

Bring your donated items Monday, Oct. 7 or call if you need help with donation pickups.
We will make another trip later with more supplies as needed.
We simply must be there for those in need, as so many were there for us when we needed help in 2005.
