Robert Frank Long, Sr of McAlester, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at his home.

Robert was born on October 11, 1959 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to William Long and Phyllis Jeane (Manske) Long. Robert married Terri Linn Jett on August 8, 1988.

Robert is survived by his wife, Terri Long; children: Robert Daniel Bonneau of Phoenix, Arizona, David Matthew Long of McAlester, Samantha Janiece Douglas and husband, Brandon of McAlester, and Christopher Robinson Long and wife, Skylar Bell of McAlester; grandchildren: Brandon Miles Douglas, Gracelinn Serenity Douglas, Brynlee Faith Long, Tarek Reece Gragg, and Rowan Jean Gragg; and other family and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his son, Robert Frank Long, Jr; and parents: William and Phyllis Long.
