We are still running a brake special cars are $349 and pickup/SUV are $369. The price includes pads. and rotors. The special applies to most vehicles per axle. There are a few exemption like 3/4 and 1 ton trucks, cars that require special brakes, etc.

If you have called the shop last week and we weren't able to pick up the phone in time you were greeted by Lily. This is our AI assistant to help with appointments, scheduling, general pricing, hours and more. It's is fairly simple, state why you are calling and she will be able to take care of 90% of what we would do if you were talking to myself or Angela. Please be patient with us on this transition. You can still schedule online by using the link on our website also. As always, we will always try to answer the phone quickly to assist you.

Wanted to send out a fraud/scam alert. So please share this. Today - I received, what I thought was Alliant Energy saying I had a past due and I was going to have my service disconnected. They were telling me that I had missed my last 3 months of payments. We do autopay like so many of you do. I checked and none of my bills said I had past due payment and my payment history showed everything was paid with confirmation numbers and my bank statements were also reflecting payments. They said I was going to be disconnected in 2 hours. I would need to make payment for the 3 months past due or get set up on payment arrangements with a partial payment made today. Also, they did state that if they find after the investigation they were wrong they would refund the money via debit or certified check along with 2 months credit. They even pretended to notify the "disconnection" department to stop any interruption. They said they would give me 2 days. But then it would be disconnected. I stated that I would not be paying anything since I show all has been paid and they can't disconnect if I had paid in full. I eventually got the "director" to state they would not disconnect the service until they figure out what happened. This all took about 46 minutes. I called Alliant Energy and they stated everything was in good standing and a zero balance with no interruption in service. This is to make whoever I can aware that this happened and to help prevent someone else from being scammed. Alliant Energy stated that if they do call - they always say who they are and the phone number shows up as 800-255-4268 with their name(Alliant Energy) on the caller ID. The phone number that the scammers were using is 855-927-4644/844-218-0999 with no ID. Call Alliant Energy to verify with customer service. We could have been out several thousand dollars today but something didn't feel right. Be careful - Never give out your SSN/Bank Info or anything.
