We here at Byrd’s are deeply saddened about the events that took place in Lenoir county with injuries of two officers yesterday. Our prayers are with those deputies for a complete recovery , for the family’s that received the gut wrenching call of their loved ones being injured in the line of duty, to Jackie Rodgers and deputies , and to all responders that were a part of assisting with this horrific incident. We will continue to pray not only for the healing of the injured but also for mental health for all.
We work closely with Law Enforcement , Fire , Ems, and Emergency Management. We don’t just go tow vehicles, clean up wrecks or provide emergency assistance in tragic situations. These people have become friends that become part of our family . We will stand with them however the need . Some of our employees including Lisa are volunteer Fire and Ems. We have seen many horrific incidents in our time. Our hearts are broken for all family’s that have a loved one involved in tragedy’s or unexpected incidents . But as with those families when we see one of our own involved it hits even harder. We pray for each family we have encountered , we pray for healing., and we pray for safety.
Please lift up all those involved in prayer! We did see a go fund me for the officers and their families if you are able help them in any way please do but-most importantly pray for complete healing .
