Knocked out a complete front end rebuild on this 1998 chevy k1500

Another one knocked out! 1955 Chrysler came in not running and when it would run it ran terrible and smoked terrible and oil poured from the exhaust. The customer opted to just do a whole drivetrain swap for something more reliable and something he could get parts for fairly easily if needed. So we swapped out the 300 spitfire v8 and 2 speed powerflite transmission for a 1988 chevy 350 that we freshened up and installed a 2 barrel carb and intake, and a freshly rebuilt th350 transmission. We built custom engine and transmission mounts, along with exhaust and had a custom driveshaft made. We also got the factory throttle pedal working and the factory dash shifter working with this swap so everything looks and works like it’s original from the factory in 1955.

1966 c10 came in for some exhaust! So it got some stainless 2.5 from headers back with a set of flowmaster mufflers

2 for Tuesday! Knocked out 2 today, both have the same home. Jeep yj came in needing a water pump. Got it swapped out and flushed the cooling system and got it running cool again. Next this 1987 Cadillac d’elegance needed a few things done. We checked and tightened all the belts, converted the a/c over to r134 and got it charged up, and threw on a new set of shocks!

1985 c10 came in looking for some upgrades! We replaced the original quadrajet carburetor with a Holley sniper unit, replaced the fuel tank and installed the Holley drop in macula with the in tank pump, all new 6an braided fuel hose, replaced the original rusted muffler and rear tail pipes with a new flowmaster 40 series 1 in 2 out and new oe style tail pipes. We also did some rust repair on the bed and replaced all the belts on the engine and also replaced the exhaust manifold gaskets and valve cover gaskets!

1979 chevy 2 wheel drive blazer came in not running and had a severe wiring issue. We got it running then found half of the wires had been ripped out or cut off of the fuse box. We ripped it all out and started over with a new universal wiring harness and we also replaced the steering column with a good original tilt column!
