Eight years ago, PMP gained a remarkable teammate in Jana Keller. From day one, Jana has owned her space as an essential part of our operations team, taking pride in the work that happens behind the scenes. She has a way of finding any answer, creating order out of chaos, and making even the biggest responsibilities look effortless.

Operations Manager Kayla Turner says: "I will gladly celebrate 8 years of Jana showing up, rolling up her sleeves, and getting to work. Paducah Salesman Andre Atkins joined the PMP team nine years ago, and now, it's hard to imagine our company without him. He has a rare ability to walk into a room, read the people in it, and connect in a way that makes everyone around him better. His contagious energy, quick wit, and encouragement have helped shape the culture at every location where he has worked.
