AWARENESS POST TO SMALL BUSINESSES
Do not do business with this person!! This person lies, threatens and truss to scam. This person scheduled a detail on 4/8/25for mobile and wanted it done at 830-9am on Thursday 4/9/26 and I told him I'm not doing mobile at the moment cause the weather isn't warm enough. Per my website stated 60 degrees or warmer and at that time it was only like 45. I asked him if he can reschedule, drop it off, or drop off and I can take him back and pick him up after etc and he declined everything.
I have terms and conditions on my website. Yet supposedly it doesn't apply to him. He asks for a refund and I state that there's no refunds no exceptions paid in full or just deposit.
That's why I offered to Detail it another day or offered to pick up and deliver etc and he simply declined.Then he continued to threatened me and say he filled a police report etc.Then he had the nerves to text me at 730am on 4/9/26 to come out and do the detail. I said unfortunately I can't cause i proceeded with his refund and already filled his detail spot with someone else.
7-10 business days is accumulated as up to 2 weeks when it comes to a refund if applicable. It's only since 4/9/26 since filling for a refund and I get a notification from square that he disputes the charges. Which means it stops the refund process and will now take up to 90 days now.
Then he texts me and tells me this is all my fault and etc. That if I respond to his text or reach out that he's going to file a police report for harassment. How did i harass him? I told him facts and was straight up front with him and offered him many options to still accommodate him and his detail and he declined everything. Just crazy to me what the world has come to. I wouldn't do business with this person!

How sh*tty can people really be? How is it I personally performed a detail service for a new customer of mine and a month in a half later the customer disputes charges. Rain she dispute charges was “no knowledge of charge”
I’m a small business and this can put me behind. I’m honest guy just trying to make a living for myself and my family. It’s sad that people think stuff like this is funny.
The sad thing is, this customer paid on 12/3/25 and got the service done on 12/5/25. They PREPAID!!! I also have pictures of their vehicle, plate, texts, and belongings.
I feel helpless. Why would someone do this? Supposed to take up to 90 days to resolve it but then I got a email stating that they will be withdrawing that amount disputed tomorrow. Like what, what happened to 90 days and is the customer really getting their money back?
I just feel like when it rains it pours.
Any advice, suggestions or anything please feel free to share!
