This diesel vehicle, came in because it was constantly trying to clean the exhaust filter. Sluggish and poor drivabilty. The problem was found to be the exhaust particulate sensor. Once the sensor was replaced the system is working properly again. This vehicle is ready for the next adventure.

This vehicle came in with a low boost, catalytic converter and low oil pressure codes. After diagnostics the catalytic converter was found to be clogged, not allowing the engine to breathe.

After a new catalytic converter and two new oxygen sensors as well as a battery, this vehicle is ready for the next adventure.

This customer came in for a power steering leak. They replaced the pump, it stopped leaking for a while but came back. We found the remanufactured power steering pump was leaking form the main body of the pump. We replaced it with a new, not remanufactured pump. The regulator in the alternator was damaged from the fluid. When driving the voltage would fall out. After the new power steering pump and alternator, this vehicle is ready for the next journey!

This vehicle was brought in for no fuel. The customer removed the fuel filter and no fuel coming out. We verified it was pump related and not a control related. The fuel tank was completely full too! The customer said well of course it's full, when else would the fuel pump go out.

After a new fuel pump and filter this van is back on the road.

This vehicle has been down for months, the people that tried to fix it, just could not get to the bottom of the problem. One was trying to replace the timing set. After diagnostics, the problem was found to be the vvt solenoid for the exhaust cam. Had a screen come apart and jam in the solenoid. Also had a bad battery and vacuum pump, port broke off.

After a new battery, vacuum pump and vvt solenoid. This vehicle is back on the road.

This customer came in for a coolant leak, he was lost on how its green and he has only ever used orange. The secondary radiator has a different color. He didn't realize there are two separate coolant systems in this vehicle. Some road debris came up and put a hole in radiator. After a new secondary radiator, this truck is ready for the next trip.

This vehicle was experiencing shifting problems, a wrench on the dash and the speedometer would drop out. Very concerning when driving. The transmission may also drop to first, at high speeds, coupled with speed sensor codes. Verified the alternator is not failing and no misfires, both can cause this problem then continue to the TSB, its outside the warranty period. That means this repair is now paid for by the owner of the vehicle. The lead frame in the transmission is the well known fault. This vehicle was under the 150,000 miles but over the 10 year extended coverage.
After the new lead frame and some other seals that are known to fail, along with a new filter and pan gasket this vehicle is ready for the next adventure!

This vehicle came in for exhaust leak and squeaking while driving also had some thumping. The exhaust leak was the passenger exhaust manifold, had broken hardware. The squeaking was due to the Strut failure and the thumping was sway bar links that failed. There was a lot of difficulty with this job but we got it taken care of and what a difference it made.

This satisfied, return customer came in because the hvac blower motor wasn't working and there was squealing when the engine is running, also wanted a tune up. The blower motor issue was the resistor and contacts on the motor itself. The squealing was the drive belt and pullys. Definitely got all the time out of them for sure! With all new drive belt, 3 idler pulleys, 1 tentioner pulley assembly, 6 spark plugs, and the resistor replaced. This vehicle is ready for the next journey.
