30/50 amp service and sewer/ water connections. Concrete slabs.

Huge 50x60 ft. deepwater T-Head dock with green night fishing lights. Dock has plenty of room to tie up your boat for the weekend. There is also over 200 ft. of bulkhead to dock/ fish. Fish cleaning stations and hanging rack.

Waterfront Ice-bin with bagged 20 lb. ice. Waterfront picnic tables and huge community grill.

Boat ramp directly next door. Tons of parking space for boats, etc.

We also have an AirBnB rental on the property that can be reserved if you have a group in town.

Located on Beach Rd. adjacent to the old River Bend restaurant and the state boat ramp. Approximately 4 miles by boat to the jetties/ Gulf and easy access to both East and West Matagorda Bays.
