The last company may have saved them a little money, but caused damage. Not only did they not put clips back to hold the wiper cowl down but they opted to not put in the reveal molding around the glass. Also when they cut the original off they damaged the paint and did not treat it. So of course it rusted. I've taken care of all the damage and replaced the parts that are missing. Sometimes it's worth the extra money to have it done correctly.
